Can getting pregnant with a torn condom work if we're trying for a baby by cutting the tip with scissors? I have tight foreskin and sex without a condom is painful, so we're using this method but not sure if it's effective. I might need surgery for phimosis but that could take months, and we want to try conceiving this year

I'm having this issue where every time I get an erection or after having sex, my penis seems to crack at one particular spot. It heals after a few days, but then it just happens again the next time. Is there any cream or solution I could use to prevent this from happening?
The recurring cracks on your penis, particularly in one position, during or after erection, may be caused by a condition called penile fissures, which can be painful and may lead to bleeding or infection; applying a topical cream or ointment, such as petroleum jelly, aloe vera gel, or a fragrance-free lubricant, may help soothe and protect the affected area

I've been told by an army doctor that I have phimosis, but when I checked myself, I couldn't find any issues. How can I check for phimosis at home on my own?
It is a condition in which the patient is unable to retract the foreskin.Phimosis is normal does not require treatment. If symptoms like redness ,swelling ,odor and difficulty in urination surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
