I've got multiple cysts on my scrotum, and they were surgically removed back in 2002. Is there a laser treatment option for this now? If so, where could I get it done, and who would be the right specialist to help with it?

I'm a bit confused and worried about something that's been happening during sex with my wife. After intercourse, I notice this thread-like sticky substance coming from my penis, and I'm trying to figure out if it's sperm or just precum because my penis becomes smaller and slips out afterwards. I'm 42 and not sure if this is normal or something I should be worried about. Can you help me understand what's happening?
Based on your description, it sounds like ejaculation occurred, as the sticky thread-like fluid coming from your penis likely contains both sperm and seminal fluid. Precum typically appears before ejaculation and may not always contain sperm, but during ejaculation, sperm is released. If you have concerns about fertility or reproductive health, it's best to consult a doctor for evaluation.

I'm experiencing this pinching feeling in my scrotum, kind of like someone poking me with a pin, and it's super embarrassing when I'm trying to sit in public. Adjusting my testicles or penis doesnt seem to help at all, and I just can't resist the urge to itch down there. It comes on at random times and sometimes the pain is just too much to handle. When I look at my scrotum, it seems completely normal. What's going on?
Yes you can use That could be Fungal infection, maintain personal hygiene and trip hair regularly,if it's becoming worse visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment
