I'm 27 and really want to start going to the gym but my grade 1 varicocele is holding me back is there any way to manage the pain and keep working out without needing surgery

View allI've been experiencing this weird sensation where it feels like my urine is getting stuck in my urethra. My bladder thickness came out normal in tests, and I had a prevoid volume of 584ml and postvoid of 44ml. The prostate is supposed to be normal at 20.4 grams, but I have noticed there's less pressure when I try to pee in the morning. This has been going on for about 67 years, and even when I had it checked earlier, the doctor said everything seemed fine. He even applied pressure inside my anus, and some liquid came out of my penis, but tests showed no infection. I'm just confused about what's happening. Could you help me understand what might be causing this?
It sounds like you're experiencing symptoms of urinary retention or discomfort, which can sometimes occur without any underlying infection or structural issue, as your previous exams showed normal results. If the sensation persists or worsens, it might be helpful to follow up with a urologist for further evaluation to rule out any other causes, such as pelvic floor dysfunction or nerve issues.

my foreskin won't pull back without a lot of pain is there any cream or medicine that can help instead of needing surgery
Topical steroid creams may help retract the foreskin; if ineffective, circumcision remains a definitive treatment.

I've been having this itching sensation inside my penis, and it's making me feel like I constantly need to pee. It gets worse after sex, and I feel some pressure too when I'm trying to urinate. Any idea what's going on?
