Can I get treatment for blackheads on my nose and ears? Is that possible? Also, what are the best ways to get rid of them, and what kind of treatments are available? I've been struggling with this and would love some advice.

After a mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty, occasional "dub dub" sounds (also known as pulsatile tinnitus) can occur.

Possible causes for increased frequency:

  1. Eustachian tube dysfunction
  2. Middle ear fluid or pressure changes
  3. Scar tissue formation or adhesions
  4. Residual infection or inflammation

The connection to commuting and potholes suggests:

  1. Pressure changes affecting the middle ear
  2. Vibrations transmitted through the skull

Consult your ENT surgeon for a follow-up evaluation to assess:

  1. Healing progress
  2. Middle ear function
  3. Potential need for further treatment or intervention

I've been having a really hard time sleeping at night because of this super itchy problem. It's getting worse when I scratch, and now it seems to be spreading. Could you recommend a good medicine that might help cure it? I'm really concerned and looking for some guidance.

I can recommend you to take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25mg before bedtime to help with your itchy problem and improve your sleep. Additionally, you can apply hydrocortisone cream on the itchy areas to reduce the itching and prevent further spreading.

I'm trying to find a good dermaroller for my hair, but I'm on a budget and hoping to spend under Rs. 500. Could you suggest which one would be the best option in that price range? Also, where would be the best place to buy it in India?

I've been dealing with keloids on my chest for over 5 years. I went the allopathic route and my doctor used Cryotherapy plus steroid injections directly on them, which seemed to shrink them a bit. I also tried silicon gel sheets for a year. But now it's frustrating because I have 57 keloids in the same spot again, and the treatments only seemed to make a temporary difference. Is there any permanent solution for keloids that doesnt involve more steroid injections? Just wondering if allopathic medicine offers a clear treatment for keloids.

Your body has keloid forming tendency,if you attempt to remove one new one would come up,if it is cosmetically bothering you, you can go for one more course of treatment.
