Can I safely continue taking Vizylac Rich twice a day, one in the morning and one at night, for the rest of my life? I've been using this for a month now and I feel stronger, but I'm worried about any long-term effects.

And my cholesterol-HDL ratio is at 5.93, is that within a healthy range? I'm also curious about the Absolute Lymphocyte Count, which shows as 52. Are there any concerning values here that I should pay extra attention to? Would really appreciate some advice on these results.
