Can I safely continue taking Vizylac Rich twice a day, one in the morning and one at night, for the rest of my life? I've been using this for a month now and I feel stronger, but I'm worried about any long-term effects.

You may feel strong, as it eliminates diarrhoea with the help of the good bacteria .. Until otherwise, prescribed by a doctor., kindly dont consume any medication on ur own, for life long..

View allI tested positive for Covid 19 back on May 11th, and my CT value was 23 at that time. I've been feeling completely fine and symptom-free for the past 9 days, and my sense of smell is back. When would be the right time for me to get tested again?
Since you've fully recovered and have no symptoms for the last 9 days, you generally don't need to get retested unless required for specific reasons, such as travel or a medical procedure. If you're feeling fine and not in a high-risk situation, you can safely move forward without further testing.

I've been feeling really tired and fatigued lately. It's like there's this constant heaviness in my body, and on top of that, I've been getting fevers pretty frequently over the past few days. I'm starting to get a bit worried and would love to know what might be going on. What would you suggest I do?

I've just been bitten by a cat, but luckily it didn't break the skin. There's just a small, light mark on my leg. I got a tetanus shot about three months ago, so I'm wondering if there's anything else I need to do. Should I be worried or do anything specific now?
If there is exposure of deeper skin layers or blood you have to recieve complete dose of anti rabies vaccine,if not noneed to worry just wash it with soap and leave it,and with TT vaccine as you have revieved 3 months ago,no need to take for a minimum period of 3 years.
