Can I use Emolene cream as my daily moisturizer? I've got super sensitive skin, and even natural products seem to irritate it. Also, is it okay to put sunscreen on top of the Emolene cream? Would love some advice on this.

Suitability of Emolene Cream for Sensitive Skin:
- Emolene contains propylene glycol and diazolidinyl urea, which may irritate sensitive skin.
- Patch test on a small area before regular use to check for reactions.
-
Sunscreen Application:
- Use a mineral-based sunscreen (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide) over Emolene.
- Ensure the sunscreen is fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
-
General Advice:
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist.
- A dermatologist can recommend products tailored to your skin type.

View allI've got this nose piercing I did last month, and now there's this annoying bump with some redness around it that's just not going away. I'm really worried because my wedding is in February, and I want it to heal before then. Could you give me some advice on what I should do?
-For the bump and redness, it's important to keep the piercing clean with saline solution and avoid touching it with dirty hands. If it persists or worsens, consider consulting your piercer or a dermatologist to ensure proper healing before your marriage

I've got a skin burn from a bike silencer that happened about a month ago, and it's still not healing. I've seen a doctor and completed an antibiotics course, but the situation hasn't improved. Now, for the past 23 days, I've noticed small bumps around the burn with liquid inside them. The liquid keeps leaking out, and there's a lot of itching. What do you think is going on, and what can I do to help it heal?
It sounds like you may have developed an infection in the burn wound. I recommend using an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to help prevent further infection. Additionally, you can take an oral antibiotic like Augmentin to treat the infection from within. For the itching, you can take an antihistamine such as Levocet.

I'm living in Chennai and I'm worried about the water here since it's really salty and it seems to be affecting my hair a lot. I'm noticing that I'm losing about 50 strands every time I shower, and it's freaking me out because I didn't have this problem when I was back in my hometown. Plus, my scalp has been getting super itchy. Could you recommend a good shampoo for this situation? Also, any diet tips to help strengthen my hair would be great.
Minoxidil 5.. solution for local application is advised for 3-4 weeks, if any side-effects consult dermatologist.
