I had surgery in 2014 where they removed all stitches and put a metal rod in my leg. The operated area is dry now, but there's still a small hole where fluid leaks out sometimes. I can't walk or stretch properly because my leg feels stiff, and there's nerve pain. The fluid leakage stops and starts randomly what could be causing this and should I be worried?

Persistent drainage and stiffness post-orthopedic surgery may indicate chronic infection or hardware issues—seek reevaluation.

I've had this small lump near my elbow for about three years now. It's about 2cm and gets painful if I press on it. I'm noticing it might be slightly bigger, but it's still not really visible to others. Do you think I should consider surgery for this?

It sounds like the lump might be a benign growth like a cyst or lipoma, especially if it's been there for years and is causing mild pain. Since it's growing in size and causing discomfort, its best to consult with a doctor to assess whether surgery is necessary.

I'm really worried about my leg injury. A bike fell on it, and although the x-ray showed no bone injuries, the swelling and pain are still quite bad. The doctor thinks it might be a muscle crush or a blood clot under the skin. I've been using Chymoral BR, Osteonec SP, Thrombophobgel, and ice packs as prescribed. However, even after a few days, the swelling hasn't gone down, and it still hurts even if I just let it hang. He mentioned that if it doesn't get better, I might need a cut in the leg. Does this sound like the right approach? Could there be something else that's causing the swelling and pain to persist?

, some swelling don't resolve on other hand they may get infected with abcess formation , if it's local edema with just fluid collection it will subside over period of time , if its local collection of blood (hematoma) then incision is required . if there is discharge of pus with local tenderness ,get it drained or else wait.
