Can you tell me if taking febuxostat 40 would be okay instead of febutaz 40? Ive been taking febutaz 40mg for about 13 days now, but I ran out and the pharmacy near me only had febuxostat 40. They said its the same thing, but I just want to make sure its safe before switching. Is there any difference between the two?

View allI've been cracking my fingers in an unusual way, like sideways, which puts a lot of pressure on my joints. It's become a bad habit over the years. Now, the joints have grown, but theres no pain or tightnessjust feels a bit odd, though it seems normal to me. The thing is, it doesnt look normal; there's growth around the joints, especially the IP joints. When I touch them, it feels like theres extra tissue, and I can move it without any pain. Im curious about what this could be. Any ideas what's going on with my fingers?

I'm dealing with ankylosing spondylitis since 2010, and there's a constant pain in my spine. I've been swimming and taking Etoshine 60 once a day. I'm really looking for some good suggestions or any possible cure. What can you recommend?

I've been having this sharp pain on the upper left side of my chest, and it tends to get worse when I move around, like when I stand up or go for a walk. Sometimes, I even feel it between my chest. Could this be costochondritis, and if it is, what kind of medicine would help? I'm just worried if everything's alright.
