For a couple of weeks now, I've been having trouble taking deep breaths and can't seem to yawn properly. It's making me feel a bit dizzy. Ive seen some general doctors, and they said it might be because of a cold, but I'm not convinced. Could there be something more serious, like an issue with my heart or lungs? Any chance there might be a blockage or something?

Difficulty taking deep breaths, incomplete yawning, and associated dizziness can sometimes result from respiratory conditions like a cold or anxiety, but it's essential to rule out more serious issues involving the heart or lungs. Consulting a pulmonologist and a cardiologist for a comprehensive evaluation would be prudent. Recommended diagnostic tests include pulmonary function tests (PFTs) to assess lung function, a chest X-ray or CT scan to visualize lung structures, and an echocardiogram and electrocardiogram (ECG) to evaluate heart function. Keeping a symptom diary and discussing these details with your healthcare provider will aid in diagnosis.

View allI've been dealing with this cough for about a week now. I saw a doctor nearby who recommended Gudcef CV 200, Ascoril LS Syrup, and Zincovut. I've been taking them for the last three days, but I'm still coughing. Could you guide me on what else I might do?

I'm a 63-year-old woman and I've been dealing with breathing problems for the past ten years. I'm currently using medications like deriphyllin 150, essiflo puff, combimist puff, asthalin inhaler, and otrivin on a daily basis. I've also got a dust mite allergy. Is it alright for me to take all of these every day?
Continue same treatment. Also etophylline orally ,twice daily is advised to the patient.

I'm really concerned because I took a hard fall in the bathroom and slammed my chest on a tap. It's been about 34 days now and the chest pain hasn't gone away. I did a chest X-ray, and I'm worried if there's anything wrong with it. Could there be a chance of pneumothorax? Also, I have to fly tomorrow and I'm not sure if it's safe to fly with this kind of pain. What do you think?
