He smoked once, worked at a cotton mill for two decades, and has been in agriculture and poultry farming. With all this, plus his age, I'm just wondering how much longer we can wait before seeing a specialist. Are there any temporary measures or remedies we can take at home to keep his ILD from getting worse until we can get that appointment? Would love any advice you can share.

Even though he's active and not complaining much, we decided to do a HRCT chest scan to be cautious. The results showed subpleural ground glass opacities in his bilateral lower lung lobes with a CT Severity Score of 0625 and Corads 4. He's been taking B complex, Vitamin C, and Vit D 60k for the next 20 days. Should we consider any other medications for him? Just trying to ensure we're not overlooking anything important.
