I'm looking over the HRCT report and noticed that my SpO2 levels are fluctuating. They usually stay above 90, but I'm concerned about why there's any fluctuation at all. Can you help explain what might be causing this?

I recently got my chest x-ray report and it mentions some unclear haziness in the left cardiophrenic angle region and a prominent epicardiac fat pad, along with patchy infiltration. The rest of the lung fields look clear, and the cardio thoracic ratio is normal. But it also mentions that both hila are prominent and my bony thorax shows no significant abnormality. The domes of my diaphragm are well outlined. Theyve advised clinical correlation and I'm not entirely sure what all this means. Should I be worried about these findings, especially the haziness and the prominent hila? What steps should I take next?

Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle

I'm a bit worried about these dense hilar shadows I've been told I have. Is that something I should be concerned about? I've also been dealing with chest pain and coughing up mucus. What's going on with my lungs?

That could be non specific pneumonia, get a throat swab done and sputum culture and visit Pulmonologist for appropriate management

I'm 27 and have asthma. I'm taking deriphyllin tablets right now, and my husband and I are thinking about starting a family. I'm concerned about whether it's safe to continue this medication while trying to conceive. Could you advise me on this?

Asthma should not be treated with that drug.. inhalers are far better, lesser side effects, non addicting, safest in pregnancy, less dose needed,
