View allMy CT scan shows a large 6cm mass in the posterior fundus of the stomach, possibly a GIST. The biopsy came back as fibrocollegnous tissue with no malignancy. What's the next step should we try to shrink it with meds or go straight for surgery? Any specific treatments you'd recommend?

I'm really curious to know which lung tends to get affected by lung cancer more frequently, the right one or the left one? I'm just wondering in terms of overall cases. Would really appreciate your insight on this.
Lung cancer can happen in either lung or in both lungs.

There's no fever, sweating, or tirednessshe actually feels fine otherwise. What could this mean? What are the chances its something serious?
