I'm really struggling with a case of jock itch that's making my life pretty uncomfortable. It's all red and scaly and the itching is driving me nuts. I got my nose pierced at the beginning of February. About two weeks later, I switched to a diamond stud and noticed there was still a bit of pain. Then a week after that, I noticed a bump forming where the piercing is, and it hasn't gone away since. I've tried all kinds of home remedies like saltwater soaks and applying various oils, which seem to reduce the bump sometimes, but it always comes back.
