I'm thinking about stopping my use of Melacare. Can you suggest another cream that can help change my skin tone and make it look fairer? I'm a bit concerned about finding the right alternative.

If someone stops using Melacare cream, they can consider using a cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone furoate. One such cream is called "Skinlite Cream." It should be used once daily at night for a limited duration under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

View allI've been using both Clearz Ultra and Clearz Max as suggested by my doctor. He mentioned stopping the Max cream after the course and then starting the Clearz Ultra. I'm supposed to use the Max cream on alternate nights for 15 days and then take a 15-day break. Can I use the Clearz Ultra with Kojic and Arbutin long-term, like forever? Is it safe to do that for dark spots? Also, if my pigmentation comes back, is it okay to start using the Max cream again regularly? About using Clearz Ultra at night for a long time, is that advisable? And with Max cream, does it make a difference if I put it on for just an hour or leave it all night? Usually, I just sleep with it on without washing it off. I'm really curious and a bit worried about how to handle this skincare routine. Could you help me understand what's safe and effective?

I'm really struggling with my complexion and it's been tough finding something that works. I tried using Panderm Plus and loved the results, but since it's banned now, I'm unsure about what alternatives are out there. Are there other steroid creams or medications that are effective for skin whitening? Any advice would be really helpful!
Kojiglo cream for local application for atleast 3 weeks is advised.

I'm currently taking Keraboost tablets and have been using them for about 8 days now, but I'm facing an issue. My hair seems to be falling out daily, and I've noticed it's getting worse, especially in the middle of my head. I'm pretty worried about it. Could it be a side effect of the tablets? What can I do to stop this?
Experiencing hair fall while using Keraboost tablets may indicate an underlying issue, such as excessive shedding, hormonal imbalance, or scalp conditions; consider consulting a dermatologist or trichologist to assess the cause and recommend adjustments to your treatment plan, including potential alternatives or additional supplements to address hair fall, and to ensure the Keraboost tablets are suitable for your hair and scalp type.
