Doctor, I had unprotected sex 3 days before my period was supposed to start. He did not finish inside. I had spotting for 4 days but no full period. Date of intercourse: 14th, Period date: 17th, Spotting started: 21st, Little extra blood flow on 24th, Spotting stopped: 25th. Pregnancy test was negative, checked on 27th. Can you please tell me what the issue might be? I have regular periods with medium flow always. I also have a healthy lifestyle. I have been travelling the past week; other than that there are no other issues.

Based on your timeline, the chance of pregnancy is very low, especially since sex occurred near your period and there was no ejaculation. Spotting without full period can happen due to travel, stress, or hormonal shifts. A negative pregnancy test 13 days after intercourse is usually reliable. If your period doesnt return in a few days, repeat the test or get a blood HCG to confirm. This kind of temporary delay is fairly common.

I am 10 days late for my period. I did a urine pregnancy test, a blood beta hCG test (less than 1.26), and an ultrasound, all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant? I am very worried. Also, my hemoglobin is low at 7 (normal 12 to 15). If my hemoglobin level improves in the future, could that make a pregnancy test turn positive?

Hi, last month on the last day of my period, I had sex, and the condom broke, so he cum inside me.
