Doctor, I have been suffering from stomach pain and a feeling of fullness for the past 5 days. I have attached my report. Please review it and help me understand what I can do to get better.

Fullness and pain could indicate gastritis or early indigestion. If your report does not show major issues, dietary changes and short term medication can help. Avoid oily or spicy food. Need USG abdomen and stool test done.

View allI was using whey protein, which did not suit me and caused loose stools and two bowel movements per day. I continued using it, thinking my body would adjust, and took it for one month with milk, water, and curd. As a result, I started getting black loose stools. A stool test showed +fiber, +undigested food, and negative for mucus, blood, and infection. I stopped the whey protein and switched back to a normal diet, but the condition did not improve. It has been almost seven months, and now I am getting yellow loose stools. Sometimes the stool is normal, but other times it starts hard and ends loose. Doctors have told me that I have weak intestines. I have also lost weight; previously I weighed 63 kg, and now I weigh 58 kg.

Hi sir, I had a gastroscopy done a month ago due to constipation with blood and black flecks in my stools. I have attached my report. If there was bleeding in the upper GI tract, it would have been highlighted in the report, right?
