Doctor, I have a urine infection and my report shows pus cells greater than 120. As we are trying this month, is it possible for me to conceive and get a positive result?

Active UTI can reduce chances of conception. Best to treat first before planning pregnancy. Antibiotics and hydration advised. Maintain strict hygiene. Drink cranberry juice
Dr. Hema Suggests...

View allI had a UTI two weeks back and took antibiotics (Nitrobact 100) as there was bleeding along with urine. From today morning, I have the same problem but without bleeding. My period is three days delayed, and there is a faint line on the urine pregnancy test. I drank a lot of water, and the symptoms have reduced a bit. Please tell me the reason for this, as I am scared. I am new to Mumbai and not aware of good hospitals. Please suggest a few urine tests to find out the reason for this? I am also planning to conceive.

My urine report shows that I tested positive for bacteria, and the urine appears hazy. Could you please let me know what this means? Should I be concerned, and what steps should I take next? Is this a serious issue?

Hello, my father is facing some problems: urge and itching during urination, brown yellowish urine, dizziness, fever, and loss of appetite. He went for a checkup and the doctor said it is a urine infection and gave him medication for 5 days. After three days, all problems went away and he felt normal. The medicines were Pyridium 100, Nimegesic P, and a heavy antibiotic (I do not remember the name). After 5 days, the doctor advised discontinuing the treatment. Now after 3 days, the problem started again. He went to the doctor and was given the same medication plus Nitrobact 100. Again all symptoms went away. Please tell what the problem could be? I have attached the urine report.
