Can you please suggest how to deal with this situation without strong medicines. My report shows bilateral mildly polycystic ovaries. My gynecologist said that it is a starting problem and can be cured. What should I do to cure it. Please also tell me how to lose weight as my weight has increased by almost 25 kilograms in 4 to 5 years. My lifestyle is sedentary as I am a student and I do not exercise. I went to the gym for 2 months and then left. I am not following any diet. I stay in a PG so my food options are limited?
