I've been dealing with low appetite, gum swelling, bleeding, bad breath, and very little saliva. My nose feels blocked, I have indigestion, piles, and this weird lump sensation in my throat. My hair's also turning grey early. All this started after my ear surgery in 2014. Blood tests showed high TSH levels, so I might have hypothyroidism. I read that drinking more water helps with mucus, but I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it. My lifestyle's pretty inactive what changes should I make and are there any medications that could help?

I'm a 19-year-old female with a small bust and I'm curious if estrogen pills actually work to increase breast size. I've seen articles saying they do but I'm not sure about their safety. Can you recommend any specific ones if they're effective and what side effects should I watch out for? I'd prefer not to get surgery and I'm 54 kg and 43 kg so I want something natural.
U first need to visit us for an examination post which we will be able to advise you on this.
