My age is 32 and my corneal thickness is 494 in the right eye and 497 in the left eye with a SPH of 6 CYL 1.5 axis 175 in both eyes. I've consulted a few doctors but got mixed opinions two said no surgery and to stick with glasses, one suggested epi lasik or Lasek, and two recommended ICL. I had ICL surgery 5 years back and lately I've been experiencing really bad dryness in my eyes only at night before bed. I use my laptop for about 9-10 hours daily and tried Refresh tear drops but they don't seem to help much at night. What else can I try to relieve this dryness
