Is eye surgery an option if my power is around 3.25 in both eyes and it's been stable for 2 years? My friend has an SSB interview in 15 days and needs to correct her vision for the medical test would LASIK work for this? How long does recovery usually take?

I've had squint eyes since birth and I'm 27 now. I've learned to live with it, but if there's a way to fix it without surgery, I'd love to know more. Are there any non-surgical treatments or exercises that could help correct squint eyes?
Minor squint may be improved with vision therapy in children, but adult cases often need surgery for cosmetic correction.

i've had a minor squint for about 15 years after an accident most of the time it looks normal but sometimes it's noticeable would exercises help fix it or is surgery the only option
Minor squints can often be treated with exercises, but surgery may be required if exercises don’t provide sufficient improvement. Consult an ophthalmologist or optometrist for a customized treatment plan.
