View allI'm dealing with a pretty uncomfortable fungal infection on my inner thighs. It's been itching a lot, and the skin feels all rough now. This has been going on for about a month. Could you give me some advice on how to handle this?
Maintain personal hygiene like take bath twice daily and wear clean clothes etc., visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment which includes oral and topical antifungals.

I've had acanthosis nigricans for the last 11 years, and it has been particularly bad on my neck. I've tried a few creams recommended by doctors, but they haven't really helped much. I do have a bit of extra weight, but I make sure to exercise every day. My dad has diabetes, so I'm worried there might be a connection. I'm 18 now and really want to find a long-term solution. Can plastic surgery or laser treatments actually get rid of acanthosis nigricans?
Acanthosis Nigricans (AN) treatment focuses on addressing underlying causes, such as insulin resistance and obesity. _Realistic Expectations_: No "cure" exists, but symptoms can be managed. _Treatment Options_: 1. Lifestyle changes: Maintain a healthy weight, diet, and exercise routine. 2. Topical treatments: Creams or ointments may help improve skin texture. 3. Oral medications: Metformin may help improve insulin sensitivity. _Plastic Surgery and Laser Treatment_: Not recommended as primary treatments for AN.

I'm a 20-year-old guy and I've been dealing with hair thinning for about 10 months now. My hair used to be super thick, dense, and even wavy at 11 inches long. It started thinning at the whorl and spread in a whirpool direction across the top, front, and the sides. In the last 3 months, I've noticed noticeable thinning at my crown and the back of my head too. I did get a buzz cut 5 months ago, and my temples have receded just a bit, maybe a centimeter. My scalp was super dry and tight a while ago but that seems to be back to normal now. I've always had dandruff, those small white flakes, mostly during the winters. Looking at my family history, both grandfathers had no hair loss until the end. My dads at a Norwood 2, two uncles are bald, probably due to diabetes, and one has a full head of hair. On my moms side, two uncles are bald and two have no hair loss. I'm concerned because I've lost a lot of hair density in these 10 months, it's probably half what I had before. Any advice on whats happening or what I should do? I've got some photos attached if that helps.
this looks like androgenic alopecia which is male pattern baldness, there are good treatment modalities which would help in preventing further hairfall and regrowth of your hair, visit your dermatologist for appropriate management, above this consume balanced diet with extra protien which would help in giving strength to your hair.
