Had circumcision surgery a month ago on May 5th but still can't wear underwear directly using cotton to cover it. The stitches haven't dissolved yet and there's high sensitivity in the open area, plus some pain when touching the stitches. How much longer until it heals completely and I can get back to normal?

Wear loose clothing for example: pyjamas, tracksuit bottoms for the first few days. It is advisable to try and avoid wearing underwear, do so until you feel comfortable enough to resume wearing them. It is advisable especially if your work is heavy (manual, driving) to stay off work for at least one week.

View allI'm really worried and need some advice. Out of nowhere, a big bump or pimple showed up on the shaft of my penis, and it's causing a lot of pain whenever something touches it. Could you please help me understand what's going on? Is this something serious? I'm quite concerned.
It sounds like you may be experiencing an inflamed or infected pimple on your penis shaft. This can be caused by various factors such as poor hygiene, friction, or a bacterial infection. To help reduce the pain and inflammation, you can try using an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin and keeping the area clean and dry. If the pain persists or if you notice any signs of infection such as pus or increasing redness, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been using mintop minoxidil topical solution 5 for the last year and a half. In the past six months, I've noticed my libido has been dropping, and now it's completely gone. I have no erections and my semen seems watery. I stopped using minoxidil a month ago, hoping things would get better, but there's still no change. Everyone keeps saying minoxidil is safe, but it feels like it's turned my life upside down. I don't care about my hair anymore; I just want my libido back. Will I ever regain it?
Minoxidil is generally safe, but your symptoms might suggest other underlying issues, such as hormonal imbalance or psychological factors. Please consult a doctor or endocrinologist for a thorough evaluation and treatment plan. With proper care, your libido and overall health can often be restored.

I've been on medication for over 4 months now, but the size hasn't changed it's still 5834 mm. What should I do at this point? Is surgery an option for me?
