I've been having this issue for a couple of months now where my penis has lost its sensitivity, and I am not feeling any pleasure from things that used to excite me visually or in real life. Although I can still get an erection when I masturbate, it's like I can't get a strong erection at any other time, sometimes only semi-hard. I started noticing this after doing some jelqing exercises, when suddenly everything felt off, so I stopped. There's this vein under my penis that's turned reddish, too. I usually masturbate only every 7 to 10 days. I'm unmarried and unemployed, and I'm really worried about this. Could you help me figure out what's going on and how I can get back to how things were before?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing. It sounds like you may be dealing with some nerve sensitivity issues or vascular changes, possibly triggered by excessive or improper exercise. I recommend consulting a healthcare professional, such as a urologist, who can conduct a thorough evaluation and guide you on appropriate treatments or lifestyle adjustments to restore normal function.

I've been doing this thing called bed humping since I was in 6th or 7th grade. Now when I try to have real sex, my penis gets hard at first but then the hardness just goes away. Is this something I should be worried about?
Your experience with bed humping masturbation may have led to a condition known as "death grip syndrome," where the brain becomes accustomed to the intense stimulation and pressure, making it challenging to maintain an erection during real sex; consider speaking with a sex therapist or healthcare professional to address this issue and explore techniques to improve your sexual performance and overall satisfactio

I'm 27 and dealing with phimosis but really scared of surgery. Are there any other ways to treat it without going under the knife? What options do I have?
If you're experiencing phimosis and want to avoid surgery, there are several non-surgical options you can explore. These include topical steroid creams, stretching exercises, good hygiene practices, and in some cases, balloon dilation.
