I'm having this weird cold chill sensation at the tip of my penis every now and then. My urine and STD tests came back normal, which is a relief, but I'm still bothered by this feeling. I've been taking meds for angular stomatitis, and Matilda forte for some rare penis numbness I'd occasionally get when sitting cross-legged for too long, but the numbness has been improving. The chillness is super irritating, and it's hard for me to describe it properly to my GP. I noticed if I drink a couple of glasses of water or wash the area with warm water, it might get a bit better or just disappear, not totally sure. I have this theory that these sensations started after I was on some meds for a minor skin infection, and had to suddenly stop them when I was told to just drink a lot of water, which I never felt this way before. Could you help me figure out whats going on?

- Consult a urologist: A specialist can evaluate your symptoms and provide a more accurate diagnosis.
- Neurological examination: A neurologist can assess nerve function and sensitivity.
- Vascular studies: Tests like Doppler ultrasound can evaluate blood flow to the genital area.
Treatment
- Adjust medications: Consult your doctor about adjusting or changing medications that might be contributing to the symptom.
- Warm compresses: Applying warm compresses to the area may help alleviate the chillness sensation.
- Hydration: Continue drinking plenty of water, as you've noticed it helps alleviate the symptom.
- Stress management: Engage in stress-reducing activities, such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises.
- Counseling: Consider consulting a therapist or counselor to address any underlying psychological factors.
Next Steps
- Schedule an appointment: Consult a urologist or your primary care physician to discuss your symptoms and determine the best course of action.
- Keep a symptom journal: Track when the sensation occurs, its duration, and any potential triggers.
- Stay hydrated: Continue drinking plenty of water to help alleviate the symptom.

I'm struggling to understand why I'm not getting an erection when watching girls or solo girl porn. But when I see a penis in porn and imagine myself as the girl having sex, I get an instant erection. I'm not attracted to men; I still like girls. Can you help me figure out why this is happening?
Since the wound was minor and you removed the pin instantly, the risk of tetanus infection is low. However, it's always best to err on the side of caution, especially if you're unsure of your tetanus vaccination status. Consider consulting a primary care physician or an urgent care center for further evaluation. They may recommend a tetanus booster shot as a precautionary measure. Additionally, they can assess the wound and provide guidance on wound care and pain management. If the pain persists or worsens, seek medical attention to rule out any underlying complications.

It's been about 20 days since I had laser circumcision, and I still see a stitch on top. There's also some pain on the right side. How long does it usually take for the stitches to dissolve and everything to heal properly? I'm wondering if it's time to get a second opinion. Any advice or help would be appreciated!
It's common for stitches to take a little longer to dissolve after a circumcision, typically around 2-4 weeks, depending on the type of stitches used. If you're experiencing pain or if the stitch hasn't dissolved yet, it's a good idea to consult with your doctor for a follow-up to ensure proper healing and to rule out any complications. Don't hesitate to seek a second opinion for peace of mind.
