had laser piles surgery and fissurectomy 3 months back is it safe to start gym now especially weight lifting and squats could these exercises cause piles to come back

I noticed a perianal abscess a few months back and took medication but now surgery has been suggested I heard about ayurveda kshara sutra does it work as well as surgery
excision of the abscess,surgery opinion is advused.

I'm dealing with multiple fistulas and they're really painful. I'm trying to figure out whether laser surgery or fistulotomy would be better in the long run. I've heard fistulotomy can be more of a permanent fix, but I'm really not sure about the laser option. Could you give me some advice on this? And also, how long after surgery until I can sit comfortably and get back to working at the office?
