I've had both internal and external piles for three days now, and there's this sticky, transparent mucus discharging from them. I'm dealing with what looks like grade 2 piles do I need surgery or will it go away on its own? Right now I'm taking Himalaya Pilex 2 tablets twice a day and using the ointment too. Is that enough treatment? How long until it heals? I've attached a photo of the swelling for reference.
