had laser piles surgery and fissurectomy 3 months back is it safe to start gym now especially weight lifting and squats could these exercises cause piles to come back

I'm dealing with what looks like grade 2 piles do I need surgery or will it go away on its own? Right now I'm taking Himalaya Pilex 2 tablets twice a day and using the ointment too. Is that enough treatment? How long until it heals? I've attached a photo of the swelling for reference.

Prolapsed piles that protrude often need surgical treatment;large symptomatic ones rarely resolve fully with conservative care.
