Had open varicocele surgery 6 months back is it safe to start running or working out now could it affect the veins
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Six months post-op from open varicocele surgery, it's generally safe to resume running and working out, but it's crucial to listen to your body and gradually increase activity levels. While light exercise like walking is often recommended early on, avoid strenuous activities like running and weightlifting for the initial few weeks

I've been dealing with some lower back pain, and my doctor prescribed me Zerodol SP to take for two days. I took the pill after eating some fruits and salads, and now I'm a little worried if that might be an issue. Also, I've been on Zifi AZ, which is cefexime and azithromycin, for a urinary tract infection at the same time. Is it okay to take these meds after having fruits and salads, or should I be doing something differently?
No there is no any complication, you can follow your doctors advice, consume more water upto 4L in a day and take adequate rest
