I'm really concerned because during sex, my foreskin doesn't seem to retract properly, and it's starting to get more painful. Is there something I can do to fix this issue, or should I be worried about it getting worse?

If your foreskin is not retracting (a condition called phimosis), it can cause pain or difficulty during sex. Using prescribed steroid creams or gentle stretching exercises might help, but if the issue persists, consult a urologistcircumcision or a minor surgical procedure may be necessary for permanent relief.

I'm really worried about having two stones, one that's 14mm in the kidney and another 20 mm in the urinary bladder, especially since I also have heart issues. Could this cause any complications, and what should I do about it?

For the 14mm stone, medication such as Tamsulosin may be attempted in trying to let the stone pass, but the larger stone will definintely need surgical intervention. In such a condition, it may be best to treat both renal calculi with lithotripsy. Since the patient has a cardiac disease history, it is imperative to get clearance from the consulting cardiologist before proceeding.

I have a 9.6mm stone stuck in my right upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis, and there's also some right adrenal linear calcification. I've had lithotripsy before in 2018 and really don't want surgery again. Are there any Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, or Allopathic medicines that can help pass the stone? I've been urinating very frequently too could that be related? What are my options for non-surgical treatment?

Once the stone formed it has to be removed by some kind of intervention either it is lithotripsy or RIRS or PCNL. There are no medicines which can dissolve the stone but next time you get the stone out after the surgery get its biochemical analysis to know its composition. Accordingly you can have your diet modifications.
