Had piles laser surgery 2 months back but now having trouble with bowel movements feels like anal stenosis since I strain a lot and need multiple bathroom trips to fully empty. Sometimes there's slight bleeding too. What could be going on?

I'm 21 and dealing with external piles. I haven't been able to talk to my family about it because it's embarrassing, and now they're interfering with getting a government job.
