I'm having a really tough time with piles, and it's creating a lot of pain and discomfort when I'm trying to use the bathroom. Lately, I've also noticed some blood in my stools, which is pretty worrying. Do you think using Anovate cream would help alleviate the situation? I'm really desperate for some relief.
