i think i might have piles since my dad also had it...what treatments are available and is surgery always necessary for this condition

I've been dealing with this really uncomfortable pain and burning sensation in my anus for the last couple of months. had laser piles surgery and fissurectomy 3 months back is it safe to start gym now especially weight lifting and squats could these exercises cause piles to come back
