Has anyone successfully treated urethral stricture without surgery and seen excellent results I've tried a few treatments but nothing worked well so far I really want to find a complete cure for this

Whether surgery is needed depends on the exact diagnosis, size, and severity of the condition. Some cases can be managed without surgery, while others may require it for effective treatment. A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

View allMy dad has a 25mm stone in his right kidney and a 13mm stone in the left one but his creatinine levels and kidney function are normal. Since he also has heart issues, is there any way to get rid of the stones with just medicines or does he definitely need surgery?
A 25mm and 13mm kidney stone with normal renal function may sometimes be managed medically, but due to heart issues, surgical options like RIRS or PCNL need cardiac clearance first.

It's been a year since my hydrocele surgery and I don't have any pain, but my right testicle still looks bigger than the left one. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
hydrocelectomy is advised to the patient, surgery opinion for further treatment.

I had a circumcision two weeks ago, and my wound is starting to heal with stitches coming off. But now, I'm feeling like my penis glans are super sensitive, and when they touch my pants, it's pretty uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to reduce this sensitivity, or will it eventually go away on its own?
it takes 2 to 3 weeks
