Has anyone successfully treated urethral stricture without surgery and seen excellent results I've tried a few treatments but nothing worked well so far I really want to find a complete cure for this

Whether surgery is needed depends on the exact diagnosis, size, and severity of the condition. Some cases can be managed without surgery, while others may require it for effective treatment. A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

View allI've been dealing with frequent urination for the past two weeks and it's really getting to me. I've already tried antibiotics like Niftas and Flavospas, but they haven't helped at all. I seem to keep getting these UTIs over and over, and it's so frustrating. What else could be going on and what should I do next?
you need to get urine rm and culture, blood culture and proceed accordingly

my foreskin pulls tight when erect but moves fine when soft the doctor recommended surgery but I'm wondering if homeopathy can fix this without an operation

I'm a bit worried because the foreskin of my penis used to be attached to the tip, but now it's come down and the head is exposed. It's super sensitive to touch, and I'd really appreciate some advice on how to make it less sensitive. Also, the foreskin isn't going back to the tip. I'm not sure why this is happening, and any help on both these issues would be great.
