My Widal test report from two weeks ago shows S. Typhi O at 1:160 and S. Typhi H at 1:320. I am a 34 year old male and would like to know if this indicates typhoid. If yes, please suggest the appropriate diet and medications. Additionally, a few bacteria were found in my urine, and some white fat was observed in the blood sample during the test.

My daughter, a 7 year 5 month old girl, has been suffering from high fever for the past week. Yesterday, we did blood tests. Widal Test Report:
S. Typhi O: 1:320 (Positive)
S. Typhi H: 1:320 (Positive)
S. Para Typhi AH: 1:320 (Negative)
S. Para Typhi BH: 1:320 (Negative)
Other Tests:
Malaria Antigen (Rapid, whole blood): Negative
Dengue IgG: Negative
Dengue IgM: Negative
Dengue NS1 Antigen: Negative
Is this typhoid infection severe, moderate, or mild? What treatment should we follow? Does she need hospitalization? Are there any common medicines to take and any recommended changes in food and water habits?

TAH: 1:20
TH: 1:40
TBH: 1:20
Could you please help me understand what these results indicate?

Widal 1:160 O titer suggests possible typhoid, but result alone is not confirmatory. Continue antibiotics as advised.
