Hello, for the past 10 days my urethra and vagina have been itchy, and my urine has a strange smell, kind of sweet or aromatic. I have not done any urine or blood tests yet. I need help?

Itching in the urethra and vagina with unusual smelling urine may suggest a urinary tract infection (UTI) or vaginal yeast infection. Sweet or aromatic urine could also relate to diet or early diabetes, especially if frequent urination or thirst is present. A proper diagnosis needs a urine routine test and vaginal swab (if needed). Avoid self medication or using scented products near the area.

View allI have been suffering from frequent urination for the past 6 years. All tests, including cystoscopy, have been done. An E. coli infection was detected, and my urologist prescribed medication for 3 months, but it had no effect. I am 20 years old and also have constipation and excessive gas. How can this be treated?

For the past two months, I have been needing to urinate every two hours and sometimes cannot control it. I do not have diabetes, and I have submitted my urine report. Please tell me what I should do.

Please check my report. My name is Suman, I am 28 years old, my weight is 100 kg, and my height is 6 ft. I have been a hypertension patient for the last 4 to 5 years and do regular medical checkups. I did my medical checkup a week ago. My creatinine level is 1.15, while the normal lab value is 1.4. Is my creatinine level normal or high? Should I take any medicine for creatinine, and is there any reason to be concerned?
