Hello sir or madam. Please suggest a diet for this blood report of mine. What can I include in my diet for better health?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein is generally beneficial. Specific advice depends on the report values. Please do the required nutritional tests to personalize your diet.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Iron Studies Test Test

I have been chewing tobacco and gutkha for several years, and over time, my mouth opening has reduced and my jaws have become stiff. I am very concerned and depressed because of this. I am unable to eat spicy food, and I also sweat a lot while eating. Could you please suggest if any ointment can be applied to the inner mouth or jaw area? Also, what tests should I undergo to evaluate this condition?
