Lipids are borderline (low HDL, high triglycerides). Uric acid is slightly elevated. Please consider lifestyle changes and repeat Lipid Profile and Uric Acid.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a Lipid Profile Test Test or Take a Uric Acid Test Test

I recently had my lipid profile done, and my triglycerides are 193 mg/dL, while the normal limit is less than 150 mg/dL. My weight and BMI are normal, but I delivered a baby 8 months ago, consumed a lot of desi ghee, and currently have minimal physical activity. Could you please advise how I can reduce my triglycerides? Do I need medication, or can it be managed with diet and lifestyle changes?
