Hi doctor, I am facing issues like body pain, late menstruation, and sleeping disorder. I did a thyroid test as well. Please find the attached copy of my report. Please suggest what I should do?

If TSH, T3, T4 are abnormal, thyroid imbalance may explain your symptoms. If thyroid is normal, consider hormonal or nutritional testing. A gynecologist and physician consultation is recommended.

I have extremely low TSH hormone. Does it mean that I have a thyroid disease? I have heard that it is not treatable and causes a lot of weight gain. Is it true in my case? For reference, I am attaching relevant details from my report. Thyroid profile: T3 125, T4 8.4, TSH 0.08.
