Hi Doctor. Today I did a fasting blood sugar test, and my blood sugar came as 110. The normal range is 60 to 110. Should I be worried? Please advise. Thanks.

Fasting sugar of 110 mg per dL is at the upper limit of normal and may indicate early prediabetes. Monitor diet, exercise, and retest in a few weeks.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a PPBS Test (Post-Prandial Blood Sugar) Test

His fasting blood sugar is 256 and postprandial is 432. This was found during a routine checkup. All nearby doctors are fully booked, and the earliest appointment we could get is on the 4th. Is there anything we can do in the meantime?
