I recently went for a diabetes test. My results are as follows: Fasting sugar 126 mg/dl and post breakfast sugar 229 mg/dl. Am I diabetic? Please advise which treatment is best, such as Homeopathy or Ayurveda, and also suggest a good diet?

Fasting sugar (126 mg/dl) and post breakfast (229 mg/dl) indicate diabetes, as per ADA criteria. You should visit a doctor to confirm diagnosis and start treatment. Choose allopathy for quicker sugar control, but diet and lifestyle changes are key in all systems. Follow a low carb, high fiber diet, and include 30 mins walk daily.
