Is it possible to lower one's blood sugar before a blood test?

Yes one can dilute blood sugar levels by drinking large amounts of water. However, this is not recommended especially if you want to get accurate results.

I recently got my blood sugar test done with fasting and my report showed 99 mg/dl. I performed the same test 8 months ago and it was 84. I am also currently undergoing homeopathy treatment. Please advise if my report is normal. I do not want it to reach 100 mg/dl. How can I lower it? I am worried.
