Hi doctor, we have been married for seven years. We do not have children. After two years, this month my period is delayed by 36 days. I took a home pregnancy test today and it shows negative. I am suffering from severe back pain and hip pain. Is there any possibility of pregnancy? I am having slight pain like menstrual pain.

I have skipped my periods this month and I am sexually active. There was a day when I saw some blood and after that there has been no sign, and I have not got my period.
