Hi, I am experiencing a burning and needle prick type sensation in my arms, legs, and buttocks. My recent blood tests show Vitamin D level: 19 and Vitamin B12 level: 810. Please advise the possible cause and next steps.

Burning and pinching in arms, legs, and buttocks is often due to nerve irritation or deficiency. Your Vitamin D is low (19), this can cause nerve pain and weakness. Vitamin B12 is good (810), so that is not the issue here. Start Vitamin D supplements and light sun exposure.

Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test

Hello Doctor. I have done a full body checkup including blood test, urine test, LFT, and vitamin D. I found my vitamin D level very low at 4.5 ng/ml. Should I go for further tests, or can you suggest some supplements? I have attached my report. One reason for low vitamin D is lack of sunlight exposure, which I will take care of now. Please suggest.

It has been 8 months since COVID recovery. I still feel pain in my knee joint, sometimes in the waist, hip joint, and joint vicinity while walking. I do mild exercise daily in the morning and walk 1 hour after dinner. My weight is 62 kg. I have had chest pain for 2 years and have done all cardiac-related tests. They were normal. Please suggest some solution.
