Two months ago, my blood report showed Vitamin D3 at 17, and I started taking one tablet weekly as prescribed. After two months, my Vitamin D3 level has dropped to 9. Which supplement should I take for faster recovery, considering that relying on sunlight is not an option?

Levels dropping despite weekly dose suggests poor absorption or underdosing. Consider 60,000 IU instead of 10k weekly or switch to daily oral spray or sublingual form.

Hi, I have been suffering from gastric problems for the past 1.5 years and have been taking allopathic medicines. However, during this time, my Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels became low. I am looking for a permanent cure that addresses the root cause without side effects. Is there a homeopathic treatment available for this? Please advise.
