I got an attack of mouth ulcer 1 month ago with approximately 5 big ulcers. After 3 weeks the ulcers were gone but my stomach pain started and I had harder stool. The doctor gave me medicine but small ulcers happened again and went away. The doctor did a vitamin D test and it was very low at approximately 9.36. He gave me medicine and I am on medicine. I have little weakness and back pain so I thought to do one CBC test. Please check my report and tell me if it is normal or if there is anything to worry about? Please help.

Low vitamin D can explain ulcers, fatigue. If CBC is normal, no immediate concern. Continue vitamin D therapy.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU regularly for the past year. However, for the last two months, I have been experiencing a dull pain in my left abdomen. My recent Vitamin D3 level is 121 ng per mL, and my urine report shows the presence of amorphous phosphates. The recent ultrasound is normal. Could you please advise if this could be due to Vitamin D3 toxicity and what steps I should take next to correct this?
