I have done an X ray and the report says lumbar spine straightening due to muscular spasm. I fell from my bicycle when I was 14 years old. Could this be the reason? My report is attached. Please help. My life is in trouble. Sometimes it feels like something is stiff and tight in my back.

Lumbar spine straightening is often due to paraspinal muscle spasm, which may stem from old injury, posture issues, or strain. Your past fall could be a contributing factor. Persistent tightness warrants physiotherapy, posture correction, and back strengthening exercises. If symptoms persist, further evaluation is advisable.

View allFor a few days, my mom has been suffering from leg pain. Earlier, it was in one leg, but now it happens in both legs. One day, she was sitting in one position for a long time, and when she moved, it caused a lot of pain. Now, if she sits anywhere for a long time and then gets up, she faces the same problem. She was earlier diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and took medication for a few months but stopped as she continued to feel well. She is slightly overweight. She also had menstrual related issues in the past, such as overbleeding and abdominal pain. I do not know the exact reason behind her leg pain, but she complains that she is unable to walk when it happens. Please help and suggest treatment options. She lives alone and is working, as my father has passed away. I am also working but staying far from her. This issue arose recently. If you need any further information, please reach out to me. What could be the reason for her leg pain?

I already took a one-month course of calcium and vitamin D3 and also underwent acupuncture treatment, but stiffness and pain persist. I have been suffering from this severe problem for the last 4 years?

Hello Doctor, My wife has been experiencing heel pain for several days. After a blood test, the doctor informed us that she has low iron and low hemoglobin, and prescribed protein and multivitamin tablets for iron deficiency. She also finds that when she gets up from a chair, she cannot put full weight on her foot, and the heel pain eases after a few steps. Could you please suggest any tablets or treatment for this heel pain?
