Sir I have given my report and marked the concerned area. Please tell me what to do? My vitamin D level is 8 mg per dl.

A level of 8 is very low. Take prescribed high dose Vitamin D 60,000 IU per week and increase sun exposure. Recheck levels in 6 to 8 weeks.

Now, I am in a different state, and the pain is returning. It usually starts in one leg upon waking up and then spreads up that side of the body. What should I do to manage or diagnose this issue?
