Hi, I have a blood test report including dengue, malaria, and typhoid. When I consulted my doctor, he said it was positive for typhoid. Can anyone confirm the type of fever, please? My son, who is 5 years and 4 months old, has his Widal test results as follows, Salmonella typhi O 1:160 positive, Salmonella typhi H 1:80 positive, Salmonella typhi AH 1:80 positive, and Salmonella typhi BH 1:40 negative. Does this mean he has typhoid? What treatment should be followed?

Hello doctor, I am currently undergoing treatment for pleural tuberculosis and have completed 2 months of therapy. I still have a mild fever of 99 to 99.5.
