Hi, As per my report, I have Vitamin D and B12 deficiency, with levels of 6.5 and 136, respectively. As advised by my doctor, I started taking injections for both vitamins. I have observed a 3 kg weight loss in 2 weeks. Could this weight loss be due to the injections?

The weight loss is unlikely from B12/D injections. Likely from improved metabolism or reduced intake. Please take a thyroid function test to rule out hyperthyroidism. Take TSH test to rule out thyroid cause.

I have lost 10 kg, but my skin has become loose and started to sag in my cheeks. My eyes are sinking in with dark circles around them. I drink 4 liters of water per day and have started strength training. My thyroid is at 6, and I am currently under medication for it. How can I make up for these nutritional deficiencies? I am a vegetarian. Thank you in advance.
