Hi, please go through my report. I have grade 1 fatty liver and polycystic cysts in my ovaries. Please suggest what I should do?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Grade 1 fatty liver is mild and can often be managed with lifestyle changes like reducing fat and sugar intake, regular exercise, and weight loss. Polycystic ovaries can affect hormones, periods, and fertility, and require monitoring. Managing insulin resistance is key. Please consult a gynecologist and dietitian to make a combined treatment plan.

View allI have been noticing a strong smell in my urine, latrine, and certain foods, especially fish and chicken for the past 2 months. I do not think this is psychological. I also have chronic digestion issues. I had blood tests a few months ago and kidney function was normal, but SGOT and SGPT levels were elevated. My fasting blood sugar was around 102 mg/dL, and my cholesterol was high at 240 mg/dL. My weight is 63 kg, height 5 ft 7 in, and I am 24 years old.

Sir, my recent LFT reports show bilirubin at 1.86, SGPT at 42, and SGOT at 45. I have done LFT tests three times over different weeks. While SGPT and SGOT levels have decreased (SGPT: 65 to 42, SGOT: 55 to 45), my bilirubin has increased from 1.2 to 1.86. I have been taking Udiliv 300 and Tocofol as prescribed by a gastroenterologist. What should I do next?
