Hi, recently I got my thyroid test done and found that my TSH is 6.031, T4 is 1.16, and Anti TPO is 81.60. I feel tired and sleepy all day long and am not able to concentrate because of this. I am also finding a lot of difficulty in losing weight, even after dieting and working out in the gym for long hours. I have been taking 50 mg tablet of Thyronorm daily. Kindly advise what I should do. Is my report okay or is there something wrong? What should I do to feel energetic again?

I am a thyroid patient and also have PCOD, which causes irregular periods. My recent sonogram shows an endometrial thickness of 7.1 mm. I took medicine a few minutes after intercourse, and then my first period started, but it lasted only 1.5 days. After that, I started having daily stomach pain, so I consulted a gynecologist, who advised an ultrasound. The report impression was excess bowel gas. Later, my second period started but was not clear. Today, I feel like my menses should come, but it has not. My gynecologist advised me to take Amycordial syrup and a TSH test. I had also done a pregnancy test before my first period, which was negative. Could you please advise what is happening? Is it possible that I am pregnant?
