I'm dealing with kidney stones again and since yesterday I've been feeling a burning sensation when I pee. Last time this happened was in June 2021, but the burning went away in a day. This time it's not getting better. I recently had wrist surgery and I'm on some meds for that could they be causing this pain? What should I do? I can't see a doctor right now because of the surgery.

I'm really worried about a kidney stone I have that's 1.2 cm; it showed up on a CT scan. I've been to a specialist hospital, and they mentioned the possibility of laser treatment. Is there any way this can be treated with medication instead? What should I consider?
